New Beckenham Bowls Club

Welcome to the website of New Beckenham Bowls Club. You might have heard of us under our old name of RBS Bowls Club. Originally established in 1899, the Bowls Club has entered a new phase in the life and journey of a long established and respected bowls club. In 2024, we are celebrating our 125th Anniversary. We think that’s quite an achievement! 

We have a new name but the friendly welcome you will get from our members remain the same. We continue to take part in national, regional and local leagues and competitions with both our male and female players. We also play just for fun and to enjoy each others company socially.

The Club has what we believe to be one of the best bowling greens in the area at our home ground in Copers Cope Road, Beckenham, within the Crystal Palace Football Club Academy. That means we are located in an easy to reach part of Beckenham close to transport links. New Beckenham railway station is a five minute walk away as is the 352 bus stop. These make it easy to reach us from Beckenham or across the wider borough of Bromley
