100 Up 2026

The 100 UP Results.

Congratulations to the 22 intrepid bowlers who braved the "intermittent light rain showers" to enjoy a good day of competitive but good spirited bowls.

There were many close matches and some excellent woods!

Thanks especially to those who happily marked games and to Neil and Steve Hill for their invaluable help on the day. Things went well I think, apart from the mini rebellion over the timing of lunch, and... how could I nearly miss Vera off the players in the Plate!?

And so, to the results:-

  • The 100 UP Cup
    • Semi-finals - Cecelia Unwin beat Pat Youd and Mike Hodge defeated Eric Parsons in two very close games.
    • Cecelia Unwin and Mike Hodge will contest the Final on Finals weekend
  • The 100 UP Plate
    • Semi-finals - Pat Taylor beat Dave Foster and Andrea Jebb beat Martin O'Leary again in two close games with Pat Taylor winning the prize for comeback of the day!
    • Pat Taylor and Andrea Jebb will therefore contest the Final on Finals weekend.
